We are delighted to be back in production on a third series of our preschool show Big and Small! Currently shooting at SixteenSouth in Northern Ireland (home of Jim Henson's Sesame Tree and Pyjanimals), this fresh batch of 26 episodes will cement the show's place as a preschool favourite on CBeebies. With the same talent behind the puppetry and reuniting British institutions Lenny Henry and Imelda Staunton as the voices of Big, Small and Ruby the mouse, we're thrilled to be bringing Big and Small back to your screens.

The first and second series of Big and Small is now airing on major networks across the world and have proved a hit with big and small viewers alike - You can now get Big and Small merchandise from www.bigandsmallshop.co.uk - including DVDs, clothing, games and much more!

World leading puppet workshop, The Grogs, bring their exceptional talent to the puppetry which combines the imagination of animation with the warmth of puppets. The series has great stories packed with humour, laugh-out-loud moments and highly memorable songs which will appeal to children (aged 3-6 years) and their parents.

A long term licensing programme and strategy has been developed to support the property which focuses on key aspects of the show, including music and the concept of perspective, through the development of combinations of complementary big and small items. The range currently includes books, toys, apparel, music downloads and cuddly plush.

Michael Carrington, Controller of CBeebies, commented: ‘I can barely contain my excitement at bringing this brand new series to the BBC’s youngest audiences. The idea is compelling, the scripts well crafted, and Big & Small are hilarious it’s bound to be a winner!’

Harry Potter: Behind The Magic

Ben Shephard takes us behind-the-scenes on the making of the new Harry Potter film: The Deathly Hallows. As we race towards the conclusion of Harry's story, we'll be uncovering more secrets with clips from the new film, a close look at the plot of the new movie and we'll meet the stars of the film. Ben promises to show us pivotal moments from the new movie as Harry and his friends face their greatest challenge yet, whilst the filmmakers are tasked with taking the Hogwarts’ pupils adventures to a new level to satisfy an ever demanding audience.

The show will be interspersed with interviews with all the major cast, including: Daniel Radcliffe (Harry), Rupert Grint (Ron), Emma Watson (Hermione), Michael Gambon (Dumbledore), Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy), Helena Bonham Carter (Bellatrix Lestrange), Jim Broadbent (Horace Slughorn); and interviews with the filmmakers: director, David Yates and producer, David Heyman, who has produced all the Harry Potter films to date.

But, of course, Ben can only ponder what will happen to Harry and his friends, for lest we forget, not everyone has read the book!
